This policy explains what personal data ilovefunnels.co collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to every form, ad and messaging channel we use, including forms submitted inside Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Hanson Group ApS is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any question about this policy or about how your data is handled, contact us at the email address above.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need in order to review your funnel and reply to you.

Information you give us directly

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number or WhatsApp number, where you provide it
• Your business or website name and the link to your funnel or website
• Answers to the qualifying questions on our forms, such as whether you run a business and what type of offer you sell
• The content of any message you send us, including messages sent over WhatsApp, Instagram or email

Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view on this site
• Analytics and advertising data collected through cookies and similar technology, described in section 7

We do not ask for and do not want special category data such as health information, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

3. How we collect it

• Forms on this website
• Meta Instant Forms, which are forms completed inside Facebook or Instagram after clicking one of our ads. When you submit one of these forms, Meta passes the information you submitted to us
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email
• Cookies and tracking technology on this website

4. Why we use it and our legal basis

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using your personal data. Ours are as follows.

• Consent. When you submit a form or message us asking for a free funnel review, you consent to us using your details to prepare that review and to contact you about it. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests. We use your data to respond to enquiries, to follow up on a review we have delivered, to keep basic records of the work we do, and to secure and improve this website. We balance this against your rights and stop if you object.
• Legal obligation. We keep certain records where Danish accounting or tax law requires it.

Specifically, we use your data to prepare and deliver your funnel review, to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about that review, to answer your questions, to discuss whether our paid services are a fit, and to keep our own records.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

• Meta Platforms, for advertising, Instant Forms and messaging via WhatsApp and Instagram
• Our form, email, hosting and customer record providers, used to receive submissions, store contact details and send replies

Some of these providers are based outside the EU and UK, including in the United States. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by an approved safeguard such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid request from a public authority.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted
• Client records: for the duration of the working relationship and then as long as Danish law requires, which is generally five years from the end of the relevant financial year for accounting records
• Messages and correspondence: deleted once no longer needed for the purposes above

If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms. It records actions taken on this site, such as page views and clicks on our call to action buttons, so that we can measure how our ads perform and show ads to relevant people. This involves Meta setting cookies and receiving data about your visit.

We also use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your data for advertising through the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site function.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict how we use your data
• Object to us using your data on the basis of legitimate interests
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect processing that already took place

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to a supervisory authority. In Denmark this is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk). If you are in the United Kingdom you may instead complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are elsewhere in the EU you may complain to your national data protection authority.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to limit who can see it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant we will make that clear on the site.
